Kinnickinnic Pheasants Forever Youth Game Fair!

The Kinnickinnic Pheasants Forever Chapter is thrilled to host our annual Youth Game Fair on Saturday, September 12th, at Game Unlimited in Hudson, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity for young outdoor enthusiasts to explore and try out a variety of activities!

Kids will get to sample 8-10 different outdoor activities, providing a broad introduction to the joys of nature and conservation.  Some activities include shotgun patterning, trap shooting, archery, mock duck hunt, fly tying and fly fishing, shotshell reloading and bee keeping,

Special Opportunity: Mentored Pheasant Hunt

One of the most exciting activities is our mentored pheasant hunt! If your child is between 12 and 16 years old and has their hunter safety certificate, they're eligible to participate. We have 50 spots available for this unique experience, reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: The pheasant hunt will be divided into three time slots, and participants will be assigned a specific time. We'll communicate your child's assigned time slot during the week leading up to the event. This time slot is only for the hunt; please plan to arrive early to ensure your child can enjoy all the other fantastic activities offered throughout the day!

Important Information After Registration:

After you reserve a ticket, you'll be prompted to complete a questionnaire. The information requested is essential for us to properly coordinate the event for both the youth participants and our dedicated volunteers. Your cooperation helps us make this a smooth and successful day for everyone!

We can't wait to see you there for a day of outdoor adventure!

Youth

Youth

Welcome to the next generation in conservation and pheasant hunting enthusiasts. In efforts to help our younger generation play a larger role in our efforts to conserve and provide habitat for future generations, our chapter provides today's youth with opportunities to learn about what Pheasants Forever is truly about. Our chapter partners with local schools, holding educational pollinator events where students learn about the importance of habitat and assist in plating native seed. Every fall our chapter holds a youth game fair providing participants with a wide array of outdoor events, including a mentored pheasant hunt.
